Delta’s Customer Service:
Delta’s customer service is just amazing. They managed to ignore me for a whole month! I emailed them about my flight experience The Delta Flight That Caused Me To Arrive A Day Late and No In Flight Entertainment For 9 Hour Flight.
On July 5th the auto-reply email stated:
“Emails and letters are answered in the order they are received. Usually you’ll hear from us long before 30 days have passed. Sometimes though, it can take almost that long. We appreciate your patience.”
I did ask the Twitter team a few weeks ago and the Twitter representative stated… “It may take up to 30-45 days.” Looks like the Twitter team is right.
I guess the customer service is going the direction of the Skymiles Program #KeepDescending
