I am back from an amazing cruise experience aboard Quantum of the Seas. In all likelihood, it will take at least a week, perhaps 2, to prepare my full review of the cruise. I have over 400 pictures to sift through, and a few videos to edit too. However, I will have my interview with Executive Chef Henrique done this week, along with information about the Dynamic Dining experience which turned out better than I’d expected. I now consider myself a Dynamic Dining fan. Quite a bit happened in travel while I was away, and I’ll have some thoughts on that this week.
