As I’d promised in an earlier posting, here’s a quick update on the situation with my usairways.com booked itinerary.
Sometime on or after September 1st, an upcoming itinerary I have booked on usairways.com switched from a “Booked” status to a “Flown” status. Odd…being that the flight isn’t until November. However, I have confirmed with US Airways that I do have both a reservation and an electronic ticket that does not idicate that it has been used. Not real sure what went wrong, but the agent I spoke with felt that it probably had to do with the booking code changes.
