San Antonio – New Orleans: Southwest Airlines will add daily nonstop service between San Antonio, Texas, and New Orleans Louis Armstrong International Airport, the San Antonio Business Journal and Times-Picayune report. Southwest currently offers flights from San Antonio to New Orleans via a connection at Houston Hobby, the San Antonio Business Journal says. The new service starts in time for Thanksgiving weekend on Tuesday, Nov. 25. Tickets for March are on sale now, the Times-Picayune reports.

Chicago – Istanbul: Turkish Airlines is enhancing service on an existing route for business travelers, the Chicago Business Journal reports. Beginning in May 2015, Turkish Airlines will use an Airbus 330-200 instead of the current Boeing 777-300 on service from Chicago O’Hare and Istanbul. That means more business class seating, the article says.
