Location:

The Hawaiian Airlines Plumeria Lounge at Honolulu Airport is located one floor above the main departure floor, next to the inter-terminal shuttle bus stop. Follow signs to Hawaiian Airlines and Ohana flights and then signs for the Plumeria Lounge will pop out.

Access to the Plumeria Lounge at Honolulu:

Complimentary lounge access is granted to Business Class guests departing on a Hawaiian Airlines International flight. Those flying on any Hawaiian Airlines flight can purchase a access pass for $40.

Or, you can be granted complimentary access with a Priority Pass Membership, which is what I used to get in as well as check in two guests.

Hours are from 9am to 9:30pm daily.

The Lounge:

I arrived around 12:30 PM on a Thursday and the lounge was pretty crowded but I still managed to find seats. It’s not that big of a lounge, so there may be times where you can’t find a place to sit.

The Lounge itself was cute and had a decent food spread for a US domestic lounge. There were mini sandwiches, packaged snacks and even instant ramen. They even had Honolulu Cookie Company cookies! I was pretty impressed as most US lounges have sparse food spreads.

The drink selection was also good with a soda machine and selections of Hawaiian Coffee and local beer. Several wine options were also available. And, they had their famous Hawaiian Airlines Passion Orange Nectar Juice.

The Verdict:

When my travels bring me back to Honolulu, I wouldn’t mind stopping by the Hawaiian Airlines Plumeria Lounge before my flight! The Plumeria Lounge offered a solid food spread for a domestic lounge and a comfortable place to relax before a flight.

Have you visited the Plumeria Lounge at Honolulu before? What did you think?

Happy travels,

Ty
