I know, it’s my job to say things that help you out, but I find myself in a bit of a quandry. I would like a new briefcase/bag. I currently have a basic Samsonite “TSA Approved” briefcase that works just fine for a day or two trip. For longer trips, I normally take my Wenger “Swiss Army” backpack. Either bag is great for their purpose, but I really want something else. Preferably, I would have one bag that I could carry for business and personal trips and to the office as a briefcase as well. I need a bag that has lots of room for a laptop as well as other things too like my Bose headset, folder pockets, meds, and enough “stuff” to get me through a solid 5 day business trip. Any suggestions? Help MJ out. đŸ™‚

Check out Glaser Designs. I’ve had my bag for 10 years. The older it gets, the better it looks. Expensive, but worth it!
well, i do want to purchase the travel pro line, but its hard to buy it in japan.
so i do recommend the samsonite cosmolite series.
i have a small one and a large one but its really (and i mean REALLY) durable and light.
i highly recommend it.

I’ve been using a 22″ Tumi rollaboard for a while from their Townhouse collection. My laptop I put in a sleeve and slip it in the outer pocket while my docs are kept in a slim padfolio case. This works for brief trips up to six days. Problem with a lot of the rolling briefcases is they are more devoted to files than leaving space for a few shirts, slacks, and personal items.
