Rejected from Mosaic?
Well that was odd. I submitted a status match to Mosaic, and wrote about how I got approved yesterday! I also submitted a status match for my parents, and today we got an email that they did not qualify?
A bit confused, as we all sent the same documentation screenshot of our “Virgin America Silver” and activity on our accounts.
I re-submitted a match, let’s see if it works.
UPDATE: My dad got approved after re-submitting! Still waiting on mom.
Anyone having trouble matching to JetBlue Mosaic?

I sent in documentation for both myself and my husband. Six hours later I am approved 3 days and nothing for my husband.

They replied back and my husband was DENIED! Same paperwork as me. Absurd!
Wow! That’s weird! I would try again, my dad just got approved after reapplying! Still waiting on my mom’s though. Odd process they have.
