The good people over at Head for Points are running a competition where you can earn oodles of Qatar Airways Qmiles. You don’t even need to be a current member of Qatar Airways Privilege Club to enter.

Since Head for Points is a UK based web site, the only caveat is that you must be a resident of the United Kingdom to enter. Is this you? Read on for more information.

Why Are You Promoting Head for Points?

Well, why not? There are a few reasons though. First, I check the site on a daily basis to keep up to date on what deals are relevant to the UK frequent flyer. This means I never miss anything which I really appreciate.

Another reason is that I would not have flown Qatar Airways business class without them. They alerted me to a €1,373 fare on Qatar from Pisa to Auckland and back so I got to enjoy the usual service and of course the longest flight in the world. I liked it so much I did it again four months later!

Finally, I met Rob, the founder of Head for Points, at the opening of the Qantas London Lounge. I quite enjoyed hanging out and having a chat – I found him to be quite pleasant.

Enough! How Many Is Oodles Of Miles? Where Do I Enter?

Qatar Airways are giving away 250,000 Qmiles in the competition. This means that you could get things like one return ticket to Sydney in Business Class, which is 180,000 Qmiles. Of course, going a shorter distance would cost less miles and using them for economy class less again.

As a member of the oneworld alliance, miles are also redeemable on airline partners. For the full details of the competition, please go to this link.

Happily the entry process is very easy, so I think it’s well worth a look. If you win, promise to cut me in? Just kidding! You have until midnight London UK time on Sunday 4 March 2018 to enter. Good luck!

Overall Thoughts

There are two prizes to be won and I think it’s a pretty generous offer from Qatar Airways. While you still need to pay any taxes, using miles is a great way to see the world. It is great that Head for Points are running this competition too.

If you are from the UK, get on over and check it out. What do you think of this competition? Thank you for reading and if you have any comments or questions, please leave them below.
