- Couple fined $250 each for oral sex on an Allegiant Air flight from Medford, Ore., to Las Vegas on June 21, 2013. The remorseful male half stated, through his attorney, he had “suffered personally and professionally” from the incident.
- Many details of such personal and professional fallout became public through his family’s successful winery business’s Facebook page and company notices.
- Berkley law student was sentenced to 180 days in boot camp after pleading guilty to killing Turk, a helmeted guinea fowl that was part of the Flamingo Hotel and Casino’s Wildlife Habitat.
- Two other UC Berkeley students involved in the incident pleaded guilty to misdemeanors. They were fined and sentenced to community service.
- Caught with a gun at ATL? A federal judge has changed the policy to not detain (most?) arrestees overnight and have them miss their flight (yes… w/o their weapon). Travelers caught with guns with clean records will not have to go before a judge before being released, saving the county money because they are not housing people overnight.
