Excellent advice MDDCFlyer. I will bring up share ownership in a future post.
Cruises are the one travel type that booking with a professional (especially one that has a long standing relationship with the cruise line) is beneficial. One can get much more going through a professional than anything one would get by booking directly with the cruise line.
You should also discuss the benefits of holding shares of the cruise line which provide a nice OBC for every cruise one takes. For a frequent cruises it can pay itself in only couple of years plus you still get the dividend and equity.
